Refund Policy

1. Cancellations and Refunds

Here is when you can get your money back:

  • Within 14 days of purchase: You get a full refund.
  • After 14 days: Your purchase is non-refundable.
  • If custom prep has started: If we have already begun custom preparation work for your lab, your refund may be reduced to account for the work completed.

To cancel, sign in and open your dashboard. Find your lab and choose cancel.

2. Session Cancellations by Green Tape Company

If we cancel a scheduled session for any reason, all participants will be eligible for a full refund. We will notify you via email as soon as possible and assist with rebooking if desired.

3. No-Shows

If you do not attend a booked session without canceling in advance, the booking is forfeited. No refund will be issued for no-shows.

4. Rescheduling

You can reschedule your session once, as long as you give at least 7 days' notice before the session starts. To reschedule, sign in, open your dashboard, find your lab, and pick a new time.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have a situation not covered by this policy, please contact us at hello@greentapecompany.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
